≡ Honoring an Elder

The first weekend of June,  Andrew and I went up to my hometown, Akwesasne, NY, for a very special event:  My great Aunt Sara David’s 95th birthday celebrations! It was a very large event with around 150 guests, mostly cousins of mine!

Today, Shelby and I met with the event planners for our reception and have officially signed off on the big date, with our first deposit towards the (MASSIVE) wedding bill.
